All images are for illustrative purposes only. For some products, additional imagery may be available upon specific request but this should not be interpreted as a guarantee that such imagery exists. Due to the nature of many products retailed herein there may be minor aesthetic differences between the image and received article; this will not be admitted as a defect aside from instances wherein the received goods are significantly different to the described goods as ordered.

Many products are made of natural materials, sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity. We cannot accept liability for natural movement or distortion, warping, swelling or splitting which is caused by the goods being exposed to extremes of temperature or humidity, or if not correctly stored, or assembled. This is beyond our control and whilst our manufacturers and suppliers do endeavour to account for the natural physical properties of materials, no guarantees can be given that any two products under the same SKU will be precisely identical. Furthermore, many timbers are possessed of a decorative grain which is prone to small ‘shakes’ or splits. This is part of the beauty of the timber and is not considered a defect.

Whilst we will make every effort to ensure you are pleased with your purchase, ultimately we retain discretion as to what qualifies as a defect. We will escalate concerns to manufacturers on the rare occasion that you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

DS Living assumes no liability nor provides any guarantee for any product beyond your statutory consumer rights and further entitlements as enumerated within manufacturer warranties. Details of warranty are provided on a per-product basis.

Due to the breadth and depth of our catalogue, it is always possible that even with our industry-leading enterprise resource management systems, incongruities may emerge between the price listed and the actual sale price. In these rare instances, we will contact you to agree a price before any goods are dispatched.
